Abbey’s Story: Reclaiming Your Joy Through Infertility

When Abbey started working with me she was feeling a deep desire to reconnect to the joy in her life rather than continue to default to the worst case scenario thinking that had become her norm.

She knew that pushing her feelings aside and ignoring them was no longer serving her

But wasn’t sure where to start with processing those feelings without feeling overwhelmed by them

She wanted to learn to accept her infertility journey

And learn from it

And so we set off on The Joyful Journey together to help Abbey reclaim her joy even in the midst of the crazy season that is infertility

And I am SO excited for you to get to see and hear what happened next

Abbey’s story is a beautiful and unique one (while still being so relatable!) and I’m so honored that she decided to share it with the thrIVF fam ❤️

Robyn’s Story: Finding the Magic in Your Infertility Journey

When I first started working with Robyn we immediately bonded over our mutual love of Jane the Virgin

And while Robyn desperately wanted her journey to feel like the heart glow moments of Jane the Virgin that all of us fans have come to love

Her journey felt like more of a never-ending series of horrible telenovela plot twists

That left her scared to even imagine the heart-glow moments that could lie ahead

For reals though, on our first call together I asked Robyn what she WANTED her infertility journey to feel like and she immediately launched in a series of all the things things could go horribly wrong

(Which by the way is SO common and happens all the time when our brains are trying to keep us safe and protect us)

But Robyn knew that she didn’t want to keep spiraling and spending all of her time imaging worst case scenarios

And that she wanted support to help her get there

And so during our time together we set out

To help Robyn shift into a more positive headspace

To help her find renewed hope

And to help her find and reclaim the heart-glow magic in her infertility journey and life

And I am SO excited for you to get to see what happened next ✨

Watch the video below to learn all about Robyn as she shares her journey of heartbreak and heart-glow and the lessons learned along the way.

Kristen’s Story: Shifting Into a More Positive Mindset

When Kristen started working with me she was pretty deep in the negative spiral of infertility...

“I know too much,” she kept repeating.

After experiencing loss and heartbreak on her infertility journey she knew she needed help shifting into a more positive headspace and could benefit from guidance on her IVF journey.

After working together Kirsten felt more grounded and at peace. And she knew the exact personalized tools and strategies she could use to stay in a more positive headspace and keep that negative spiral of infertility at bay.

Here’s what she had to say about her experience:

“I’m forever grateful I made the commitment and took the time for myself, it is one of the best decisions I ever made for myself.”

Watch the video below to meet Kristen as she shares her story, her transformation through The Joyful Journey and the lessons learned along the way.

Sandi’s Story: Finding Peace in the Waiting

When Sandi started working with me she was at least 6 months from her next transfer and was spiraling down the infertility rabbit hole of what ifs...

Crazy Sandi (as we lovingly called her) was making a regular appearance and was impacting Sandi’s sanity and her ability to sleep. Sandi soon came to realize that she might need some emotional support to get throug this roller coaster of a journey.
⠀
After working together Sandi found a new, calmer version of Sandi. She found renewed hope in her infertility journey and was so much better off emotionally going into her next transfer.

Watch the video below to learn more about Sandi’s journey in calming the negative spiral and learning to find peace in the waiting season of infertility/IVF.

Anne’s Story: Finding Your Voice Through Infertility

When Anne started working with me she wasn't exactly sure what she was even being supported through. COVID had just shut everything down and her cycle had been cancelled (which was frustrating as all get out). More than once she felt unheard by her clinic... Like she was just another cog in the wheel.⠀

And as we started working together, Anne started thinking back on other tough times in life (her teen years...college...) And how she had sought out counsel during those seasons to get her through.⠀

During our time together, Anne learned to navigate and thrive through what would have otherwise been a very discouraging journey. She learned to advocate for herself. And found her voice through infertility AND life.⠀

Watch the video below to learn more about Anne’s story and the lessons learned about feeling the feels and finding your voice through infertility.

Amy’s Story: Learning to Accept Your IVF Journey

When Amy started working with me she didn't have a lot of people in her life who got what she was going through. Her friends weren't quite yet trying to have kids and the only other person she knew that had been through IVF was her mom.⠀
⠀
She was getting ready to do her first round of IVF and knew she wanted support in the process and a little internet searching led her to me.⠀She was looking forward to this next step in her journey, but wanted to feel more excited and less anxious about the outcome. And with only a handful of vials of sperm, it felt like there was a lot of pressure for this to work.⠀
⠀
By the time Amy got to her beta, she found herself truly excited for the first time. "It feels like Christmas morning" she said (and she hadn't even gotten her results yet).⠀
⠀
Watch the video below to meet Amy and learn more about her story and the lessons learned about accepting your IVF journey.

Kayla’s Story: Finding Strength Through Infertility

When Kayla started working with me she was wondering how she was going to find the strength to get through of all of this. After conceiving her son easily and then experiencing multiple losses and getting diagnosed with secondary infertility, she just felt drained and exhausted.

During our time together, Kayla learned to put one foot in front of the other, to reconnect with the things she loved and discovered Strong Kayla and just how strong she really was.

Watch the video below to learn more about Kayla’s journey and her story in finding strength through infertility.

Sarah’s Story: Tackling Infertility One Day at a Time

A few days after our first call together, Sarah sent me this email:

"I realized I have been telling everyone else how much I benefited and loved talking to you on Monday but had forgotten to tell you! I've been back on my migraine protocol for the past few weeks which includes muscle relaxers at night and still waking up in pain. BUT I didn't need them Monday and didn't wake up in pain. My mental health is so important ESPECIALLY at this time. I would love to sign up for the program if there's still room. Just let me know the next steps!"

And little did we know both of our Monday nights were about to be changed for the better.

Sarah has such an infectious energy. She's the person that loves to make everyone in the room laugh. But infertility had turned that laughter into bitterness, frustration and anger that the future she envisioned may never come.

During our time together Sarah found her true joy again. She learned to be kinder to herself and she learned the importance of taking things one day at a time.

Watch the video below to learn more about Sarah’s story and the lessons learned about tackling infertility one day at a time.

If nothing else, you'll walk away with at least 3 good movie recommendations and a few laughs 😉

Allyson’s Story: Finding Freedom from Infertility

When Allyson first started working with me, she was struggling with the endless spiral of seemingly sound logic that was constantly swirling in her head. Sound familiar?⠀
⠀
If you've ever felt like you weren't doing enough in this journey. Or you weren't doing the right thing. Then I have a feeling you’re going to be able to really relate to Allyson’s story.

By the end of our time together, Allyson learned one of the most important lessons of all, “Joy and sadness can co-exist.” She learned to tap into her heart and get free from infertility once and for all.
⠀
Watch the video below to learn more about Allyson’s story and what finding freedom from infertility really looks and feels like.⠀
